Practicing some dead-stop swings with the 68KG (150lber). Not as crisp or as ramrod straight as I'd like to be at the top - but working on getting better.
I have been wanting to try the human get-up for awhile.. had the opportunity to try it out today!

Pistol Squats are a favorite of mine to practice. I believe this is because I found them extremely difficult for a long time. It took me years of on & off practice to be able to 'get' the movement. Here I am practicing with the beast.
Still practicing my Getups with the beast.. they could always be better crisper.
This was the only meet I got to compete in on the East Coast. The organization is 100% Raw Powerlifting. This meet was in Woodbridge, Virginia. When I saw that had a strict curl event, I had to do it! This was my second lift 67.5KG. Got greedy on the third and missed it.
