Completed my final structured garage workout in the fabulous Las Vegas. It's been fun and the set up has worked out quite nice. I met some cool people, had some great times. I think my body won't miss the "Supper Summer" - I'm in a perpetual state of dehydration.
To the workout:
Get ready for action: Get-ups 32kg & 40kg
Strength: Barbell deadlifts. Plan was to practice sitting back more; and work up to 545. Had a minor snafu. Only put on one 25 plate (if you look, you can see the other by the wall). Still got it, was a bit awkward.
Accessory: Kettlebell double front squats (32s)
Conditioning: Kettlebell swings (24kg)
