My Day 3 was sort of like my Day 1. With a few changes. Follow along, I'll show you.
For the deadlifts we kept 'em easy, did low reps, and practiced form. Was heavier than Monday, but Monday was sort of warm-up weight & trying to find the right spots on the platform and greasing the grove of the hip hinge.
Back to the double front squats. This time we better do 10 sets of 5.
3 sets of 8 on the Back Rows. Working on bracing midsection and keeping posture evens.
And of course finish with some swings. Stuck with the single arm swings. 10 sets of 10.

Started with some Getups... It's been awhile since I have gone above 32kg; so had to get the 40kg & 48kg dusted off.
My spotter was in a foul mood today. This usually perks him up... or at least get a laugh... Tough audience.
Bribe time...
Clean to Press time. Did ladders: 1,2,3 x repeat.
Conditioning. This is getting easier. Still tough for me. But you should have seen it 3 weeks ago..
Oh yeah.. I did this circuit twice.
After I get my wind back finish off with nice and easy 5 set of 5

Started off this session practicing my deadlift technique. There are a few things I am trying to get better at. Also gave the roll another try. Sometimes it feels good; other times it's weird to me.
From there moved on to double bell front squats. 5 sets of 5.
Bent over plate rows have long been a favorite. But I haven't done them in years. Had to start back at the bottom and work 'em back up. 3 sets of 8.
Of course we finished off with 50 swings & a HIGH 5!
