Completed my final structured garage workout in the fabulous Las Vegas. It's been fun and the set up has worked out quite nice. I met some cool people, had some great times. I think my body won't miss the "Supper Summer" - I'm in a perpetual state of dehydration. To the workout: Get ready for action: Get-ups 32kg & 40kg Strength: Barbell deadlifts. Plan was to practice sitting back more; and work up to 545. Had a minor snafu. Only put on one 25 plate (if you look, you can see the other by the wall). Still got it, was a bit awkward. Accessory: Kettlebell double front squats (32s) Conditioning: Kettlebell swings (24kg) Always Get Better Stronger - if you are interested in de-cluttering & simplifying your workout practice, email me!

Often it probably takes 20-30 minutes to make a good, to the point, 60 second video. Maybe it's just me. Part of it is when I watch myself on video I will often think of a couple things that could have made the video visual/content better (or more simplified); possibly another way to explain; sometimes the baby cries/screams. Sometimes the camera woman's foot is in the corner or the video... the potentials are limitless. Typically after the 2nd redo my camera woman will say, "Final take!" Most of the fails/blooper are immediately deleted. Below is a video of some of the mistakes, fails, bloopers that didn't get deleted. There are others somewhere. I remember falling falling-ish doing a single leg TRX jump... maybe it's best that clip is lost :) Enjoy! Always Get Better Stronger
