Alternating between kettlebell cleans and kettlebell turkish get-ups. 5 cleans, 1 get-up, times 5 rounds.
A combination of single arm overhead presses and weighted vest pull-ups. I did them using a pressing ladder scheme, which means I start with 1 rep, right arm, overhead press, then 1 rep left arm, then 1 pull-up. Then I do 2 presses each arm, and 2 pull-ups. Then 3 of each exercise, and then 4. 4 reps of each exercise completes one ladder. I did 5 ladders. (This make 50 reps of each exercise).
I finished with kettlebell swings: 10 swings on the minute, for 12 minutes.
