Besides viewing medium the main difference between our online training options, is the level of accountability & flexibility.
The PC/Smart phone program has a high level of accountability & a moderate level of flexibility. Your program will be written based on all the information above. You will sign in on your phone or PC and check in &/or fill in the details for your workout(s)(See Pictures Below). Weekly, I will review what you did and send you an email or quick message. If you are skipping workouts. The goal is to keep you accountable. But it isn't to merely lecture you, I want to figure out how to make you more successful. That might mean changes some things around. A good example would be: Every time you walk into your local gym it is crazy busy and you have to wait for equipment. Instead of me telling you -too bad, get it done, together we can come up with a solution. Maybe a home workout routine would be a better option for you. So we could switch it. Or we figure out the equipment that other people are not using and we utilize it.

The picture that has "Monday" at the top is a Calendar view of that week's things to do (smart phone).
The picture with Sets, weights and pictures (video thumbnails) are what you would see if you clicked on one of the days. The pictures are video demonstrations if you click them (smart phone).
The last picture is a full monthly Calendar view (viewed via your PC). On the PC version you can also click on the daily workouts, input what you actually did, and watch video demonstrations (just like you can do on the smart phone). Many of my clients that go to gyms like the convience of accessing their programs on the go through their smart phones. Many of my clients that workout at home, tell me they like to log in on their PC or tablet for a larger screen. The choice is yours.

For the PDF program I want to know how you progresses: What worked well? What was difficult? Why was it difficult? What did you like? Why you liked it.
If you continue your online training knowing what worked best for you will help deciding the future path of your program.
But the individual program isn't interactive. We work hard in the beginning to vet out the things that could be obstacles. The 4 week program is written and it is delivered to you.
Often the folks that prefer this option have been working out for several years and don't need/want a level of accountability. Many personal trainers and competitive lifters chose this route.
